Introduction:

This case study delves into a consultancy project aimed at developing and conducting tailored training programs on leadership development for the CSA’s leadership team, including Deputy Committee Chairmen, Department Directors and their Deputies, and mayors of cities and their Deputies.
Client Background:
The Civil Services Academy, entrusted with the responsibility of nurturing future leaders in public service, recognized the need to enhance the leadership skills of its senior officials. Despite their extensive experience, leaders faced challenges in navigating complex governance issues, fostering collaboration across departments, and effectively addressing the needs of citizens in rapidly evolving socio-political landscapes.
Consultancy Engagement:
