The Wix Forum offers two types of post formats to suit your needs - questions or discussions. You can set which of these formats members can post in each category.
What are Discussion Posts?
This is the classic post format where members can share whatever is on their mind, leave comments, reactions and more.
What are Question Posts?
These posts allow members to ask questions and get direct answers from the community. You’ve got the option to upvote, by tapping on the arrows next to the answers. If you appreciate an answer, give it an upvote. If you don’t like it, leave a downvote. Voting moves answers up and down.
The person who asked the original question can mark the best answer. Admins can too. Questions with the best answers are highlighted with an icon in the post list, so everyone can see which posts have been answered.
Can you offer both?
Sure. By allowing both, members will be prompted to choose whether they want to ask a question or start a discussion, every time they post.
